Activities marking this year IGBOORA world twins festival has commenced earlier today. According to a flyer released by the organizers, the world press conference is currently on-going with the attendance of all Traditional rulers in IGBOORA and major stakeholders across the communities.
This year’s edition which was tagged ” Twinning for a safe and secure communities” will hosts events such as: Computer training for twins across the communities, special prayers at religious places, sports and entertainments, to be rounded up on the 10th October, 2026 at Methodist Grammar School, Igboora by 10a.m.
Tourists and visitors across the country and in diaspora are being expected at the grand finale of the event.
There are high expectations that this year’s event should pose a significant milestone in the history of the town, in terms of development and sustainable growth as observers look forward to the return of IGBOORA DAY celebrations hopefully after the event.
