Some were said to have been spending the day at Pako titun, while they leave as night approaches to avoid the unforeseen circumstances.
According to our findings, the area has been under periodic attack by cult guys for over a year, and it has been attributed to the claim that they often come to attack when information reaches them that the fraud boys known as yahoo has just bought an expensive item, maybe cars or iphones. It was also gathered that the attackers sometimes come after the internet fraudsters flamboyantly celebrate their birthday or when they do for their girlfriends.
A resident of the area lamented that it is so unfortunate that innocent ones among them who are not even close to the yahoo boys are being subjected to sharing the pains of what they did not bargain. ” How can they come almost monthly to attack us, carting away our phones, foodstuffs, money and even domestic utensils? They always come with axes and guns, with their eyes opened. They don’t care who see them. They are not armed robbers but hungry cultists”.
In another related development, similar incidence of robbery has been reported on many occasions around Gbaawe area of Iberekodo Igboora, where shops were looted overnight with consumables and cash stolen each time.

She woke up the following day to find out that the shop has been half-stocked leaving her goods carted away by the armed robbers.
